TCLH strives to provide the best temporary chef and staffing solutions to clients in the remote hospitality industry.

Our years of strong experience in the oil & gas, and remote construction, hotel and hospitality industry have allowed us to create a company that provides a unique, high end service to remote areas.

We pride ourselves on creating a home away from home experience for all our clients and their crews. We work on the mantra that nothing is too much trouble, and that client satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.

The company was created with the intent of providing a service like no other before. The owners spent many years in the field of the oil & gas industry, construction and hospitality, and collectively agreed that standards of living in remote work needed to be improved. Inclusive of the levels of service received, the quality of food being served, and the flexible management capabilities offered; and thus, TCLH was created.

Chefs

Where experience matters

We believe we have the best in the industry when it comes to our chefs, as believing in our team is the first step to success.

Our chefs go through extensive interview stages, pre-employment screening, through to ongoing training, inductions and up-skilling.

All chefs employed by TCLH are fully qualified, with at least 5+ years of post trade experience in senior management or head chef positions, within remote industries.

Camp Managers

taking care of business

Our camp managers are hand picked, to ensure that our clients sites are managed and catered for by the most capable individuals in the field.

We make sure our clients and crews are taken care of by our staff, and our camp managers are there on site to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.

TCLH camp managers are there to provide round the clock support to teams and clients, managing on-site crews, and overseeing our high levels of food service and room maintenance.

Camp Attendants

Camp attendants at TCLH come from an extensive background of housekeeping and grounds maintenance, from hotels to remote sites.

Our housekeeping crews work to exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and care, taking pride in all aspects of their role.

We are able to offer camp attendants, housekeepers and grounds-maintenance staff to cover diverse sites and locations.
